Terms of Use

About ReVisynX

ReVisynX is a technology studio that explores, designs, develops, and deploys digital products, software, automation, artificial intelligence-assisted solutions, websites, prototypes, and related technology services.

Information presented on ReVisynX.com is intended to describe our work, capabilities, projects, experiments, and available ways to contact or request assistance from us.

Using This Website

You may use ReVisynX.com for lawful purposes.

You may not knowingly use the website to:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure
  • Introduce malicious software or intentionally interfere with operation of the website
  • Abuse forms, automated systems, APIs, or other website features
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Submit fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or intentionally harmful requests
  • Copy or use ReVisynX content in a way that violates applicable intellectual-property rights

Reasonable exploration and ordinary use of publicly available website features are welcome.

Project and Problem Submissions

ReVisynX may allow visitors to describe a problem, request an estimate or quote, propose a project, upload supporting materials, or otherwise contact us about potential work.

Submitting information through the website does not, by itself:

  • Create a client, contractor, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship
  • Require ReVisynX to accept the project
  • Guarantee that a proposed solution is technically or commercially feasible
  • Guarantee a particular price, delivery date, result, or outcome
  • Create an obligation for either party to proceed with a project

A project becomes an agreed engagement only when ReVisynX and the customer separately agree to the applicable scope, price, payment terms, responsibilities, and other project conditions.

Estimates and Quotes

Preliminary estimates, automated estimates, discussions, demonstrations, or other information provided through the website are informational unless expressly identified as a binding offer.

Software and technology projects can change as requirements become clearer. A final project price, scope, schedule, or delivery commitment may therefore differ from an initial estimate.

When appropriate, material changes should be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

Information You Submit

You remain responsible for information, files, images, documents, specifications, and other materials you provide to ReVisynX.

By submitting materials for evaluation or project work, you represent that you have the right or appropriate authorization to provide them.

You grant ReVisynX permission to access, process, reproduce, modify, and otherwise use submitted materials only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, communicate with you, develop or provide requested services, operate our systems, or satisfy legitimate legal and administrative requirements.

Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, classified information, or other highly sensitive information unless ReVisynX has specifically agreed that the information is necessary and appropriate for the project.

Our handling of personal information is further described in the ReVisynX Privacy Policy.

Ideas and Confidential Information

We understand that customers may describe business problems, workflows, concepts, and ideas when requesting assistance.

ReVisynX will not intentionally publish or sell privately submitted project information merely because it was submitted through the website.

However, submitting an idea through a general website form does not automatically create a formal nondisclosure agreement or confidential relationship.

If a project requires legally binding confidentiality obligations, those obligations should be established separately before sensitive proprietary information is disclosed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ReVisynX owns or has permission to use the website’s branding, design elements, text, graphics, demonstrations, software, original media, and other content.

You may view and use publicly available website content for ordinary personal or business evaluation of ReVisynX.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, falsely represent as your own, or commercially exploit protected ReVisynX content without permission except where permitted by law.

Customer Projects

Ownership and licensing of software, designs, source code, media, data, documentation, or other materials created for a customer will be determined by the agreement applicable to that project.

These Terms of Use do not automatically transfer ownership of ReVisynX technology, reusable components, pre-existing materials, development tools, methods, frameworks, or intellectual property merely because they are used in creating a customer solution.

Likewise, ReVisynX does not claim ownership of a customer’s pre-existing intellectual property merely because it is provided to us for a project.

Portfolio and Demonstration Projects

ReVisynX.com may display completed projects, prototypes, experimental systems, demonstrations, concepts, or works in progress.

A project appearing on the website does not necessarily mean that it is currently offered for sale, commercially available, actively maintained, or suitable for every use.

Experimental projects may change, evolve, be discontinued, or never become commercial products.

We prefer to show what we have actually built while being clear about what stage that work has reached.

Artificial Intelligence and Automation

ReVisynX may use artificial intelligence, automation, software-development tools, and third-party technology in researching, designing, building, testing, or operating projects.

AI-generated or automated outputs can contain errors and should not automatically be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other specialized advice.

Where decisions carry significant consequences, appropriate human review and professional judgment should be used.

Third-Party Services

ReVisynX products and the ReVisynX website may use or integrate technology provided by third parties, including hosting, infrastructure, database, payment, communications, artificial intelligence, mapping, development, or other service providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

ReVisynX is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or failures caused solely by independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

External Links

ReVisynX.com may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of everything offered or stated by that third party. ReVisynX is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independently operated websites.

No Guarantee of Availability

We work to keep ReVisynX.com and our public services available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, unavailable, or removed for maintenance, security, technical, operational, or business reasons.

Disclaimer

The public website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReVisynX does not make warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, continuous availability, or suitability of general website information for a particular purpose.

Specific commitments made in a separate customer agreement are governed by that agreement and are not replaced by this general disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReVisynX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any separate agreement governing paid products or customer services may contain terms specifically applicable to that engagement.

Changes to These Terms

ReVisynX may update these Terms as the website, products, services, or legal requirements evolve.

When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
